Danial Hamzah, Chief Adjudicator for the UCTI Asian Intervarsities 2011 (UCTI IV - Malaysia), recently posted the results, motions, and tabs for this tournament. The UCTI IV was attended by teams (including composite teams) from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, and is one of the ongoing pre-UADC warm-up tournaments happening in the Asian region.
Team Rijal 2.5 (ex-IIUM) took the trophy home, whose Zamir Hamdy Hamdan was crowned Best Speaker of the Finals. Faiz Yahaya and Zaimah Zaim also joined Zamir to complete Team Rijal 2.5. Also appearing in the finals was Team Super Mamak (Fareez Zahir, Tharishni Arumugam, and Hasif Georgie).

Round 1 - Golden Finales
1. THW ban all race-based political parties.
2. THBT in times of war, the state should offer convicts imprisoned for heinous crimes the option to fight for the army in exchange for a conditional pardon.
3. THBT emigration of the best and brightest from poor countries to the first world profits both countries.
Round 2 - The King(s) & I
1. THW end the British monarchy.
2. THBT Thailand should repeal all its Les Majeste laws.
3. THBT Malaysia should return 'immunity from prosecution' to its sultans.
Round 3 - The State and You
1. THBT liberal democracies should cover the medical costs of individuals who sustain injuries during protests.
2. THW abolish all private schools.
3. THW remove the right to refuse life-saving treatments.
Round 4 - International Affairs
1. THBT the West should not accept military assistance from non-democratic states in their (the West's) support of pro-democratic uprisings.
2. THBT all countries should end the development and usage of cyber-weaponry and cyber-attacks.
3. THBT the United States should end all attacks on Taliban forces operating outside Pakistan.
Quarterfinal - Elections
1. THW allow parents to vote on behalf of their children.
2. THW allow the selling of votes.
3. THW allow prisoners to vote.
Semi-final - Crime & Punishment
1. THW remove the pardoning powers of heads of state.
2. THBT there should be no difference between punishment for attempted criminal acts and those which are successfully completed.
3. THW punish HIV-positive individuals who are convicted for spreading the disease intentionally, due to recklessness or accidentally with the same penalties as murder , manslaughter or negligence resulting in death.
Final - God said What?!
THBT the state should censor religious text which clashes with its laws.
