Adjudicators and LOs are briefed by members of the A-Core
after motions for Round 1 were launched.
Round 1 for the 2011 ALSA UI uni-level debates started this afternoon, with impromptu motions under the heading 'Human Rights'. The motions for this round are:
M1. THBT even in full-fledged democracies, there should be no place for gun ownership.
M2. THW pay for prostitutes for the handicapped.
M3. THW allow citizens to sue their government for failure to provide a minimum standard of welfare.
Hope the teams read up on their Second Amendment, and/or renewed their affiliations with the Republicans or the NRA :)
