2012 DLSU Worlds - Payment Reminders

Beginning last week, the 2012 Manila Worlds Registration Team has been sending reminders to the international debate community at large that half of the Registration Fee per debater/adjudicator is due on Friday, 20th May 2011.  Failure to comply with this will result in the forfeiture of slots and the subsequent reallocation of slots to teams on the wait list.
Those making payments are requested to include the note "Debate" or "DLSU Worlds" for the beneficiary, to enable the Registration Team to trace the payments.  Transferors are also reminded to include the name of the institution making payments.

Teams from Indonesia are reminded that most banks in Indonesia have 12nn or 1pm cut-off times for wire transfer payments, and that it usually takes 3 working days for transfer payments to reach Manila.  Tuesday (17th May 2011) being a holiday in Indonesia, this means the last day for wiring payments should be today, if you intend your payments to reach the DLSU account by Friday.

For ease of reference, debateIndonesia has replicated the payment method details appearing on the DLSU webpage:

WIRE-TRANSFERS (For International Participants)
Account Name: De La Salle University
Bank Name: United Coconut Planters Bank
Bank Address: Upper GF Lorenzo Tower Corner Vito Cruz
Peso Account number : 120-114711-9
Swift Code: UCPBPHMM

*Please upload a copy of your wiring slips to the payment portion of the registration page or send a copy of your wiring slips (scanned) to james.sy@dlsuworlds.com and crystal.francisco@dlsuworlds.com as it will serve as our basis to verify your corresponding payments. The subject of the email should read “(NAME OF INSTITUTION) PAYMENT SLIP”. Bring wiring slip with you to the tournament for verification purposes.

  2. Rizal - the announcement on the 2012 Manila Worlds website says:

"Independent adjudicators, on the other hand, are advised to wait for further information from the adjudication core regarding the screening process. A separate time frame for payment will be followed for independent adjudicators."
